Sample Conditions of Sale:

• The vendor and the purchaser acknowledge and agree the kitten is being purchased as a Pet/Companion.
• The Vendor cannot make any guarantee on how said cat’s color, size, markings, temperament, and coat will develop.
• Vendor agrees that this kitten is healthy to the best of its knowledge. This kitten is guaranteed for 72 hours against, but not limited to the following ailments: upper respiratory infection, internal and external parasites and FELV/FIV.
• The purchaser has 72 hours to take kitten to the vet for a health exam. If any health concerns are found, the purchaser may return the kitten to the Seller within 48 hours with a signed explanation from the attending vet making the diagnosis. No medical or travel charges will be refunded.
• During the first 72 hours, the kitten should be isolated from any other pets as well as monitored for health, eating, litter box usage and general activity level.
• The vendor is not responsible for any injury or illness to other pets caused by exposure to this kitten.
• The cat or kitten will never be declawed. The Purchaser will not have any type of surgical procedures performed on the cat for the purpose of removing any of the cat’s claws. If Purchaser does have any surgical procedures performed on the cat’s claws then all guarantees will be void. 
• Under no circumstances will this kitten or cat, be sold, leased, borrowed or given away to any pet store, research laboratory, breeding mill or similar facility.
• This kitten or cat will live strictly indoors and will not be allowed outdoors unsupervised.
• In the case that this kitten is purchased as a PET as described above, the vendor will spay or neuter the kitten prior to delivery or pickup to Purchaser. The vendor is required and responsible for Spay/Neuter procedures as recommended per their Veterinarian Guidelines.
  • If due to any reason that Spay/Neuter cannot be performed before the kitten leaves the cattery, once procedure is performed, Caviar Dreams Ragdolls will provide all TICA Registration Paperwork for the above listed kitten(s).
• In the case that this kitten is purchased as a BREEDER, Vendor will provide all necessary information regarding registrations, lineage, other information for a proper breeding transfer.
• In the case that this agreement is securing a cat, not a kitten, (as defined by one year or older), it will be done so as a PET only.
• The Purchaser MUST take said cat to vet for a yearly veterinary examination at least once per year, but specifically at the ages of 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years. (Appointment may be within 10 business days of these ages.)  If the Purchaser neglects to follow these procedures then all health guarantees will be void.
• If the kitten dies in the first year of life due to an inherent genetic disease, Purchaser must inform Vendor and provide a necropsy from a certified veterinarian. Vendor will then replace said kitten with one of equal quality when one becomes available.
• If this cat is found to be neglected or mistreated in any way, or if Purchaser cannot take care of said cat any longer then Purchaser will surrender said cat to Vendor unconditionally. If Purchaser decides not to keep said cat for any reason (ex. Allergies, moving, etc) then said cat must be returned to Vendor, no refund is guaranteed and arrangements will be made at that time.
• Signature below indicates that Purchaser has read and understands all aspects of this contract and is in full agreement and approval to all above terms and conditions.
