Why us?
Hi! This is Cecilia from Caviar Dreams Ragdolls. We are excited and honored to have you considering our cattery when you look for your next family member, a Ragdoll kitten.
Yang and Drew are taking a break starting August 2023 with return date TBD. Cecilia is running Caviar Dreams Ragdolls.
We would like to proudly announce that we recently had one family member Cecilia in early 2022, joined our breeding program. We would like to continue the small and boutique family ragdoll cattery tradition. My cousin Cecilia’s family has been very close to us and have been an experienced Ragdolls caregiver for 15 years. Together, we will continue to provide and ensure each and our beloved Ragdolls a Purr-Fect living environment.
Starting September 2023, with this addition, our heartiest welcome goes to all clients who live around the state of both Nevada and California to adopt a kitten from us. We are able to provide with a driving distance convenient pick up/ delivery. Or we welcome our clients to pick up the kitten in Yang & Drew's home close to San Francisco or Cecilia family's home in Las Vegas.
To ensure quality personality and health, our kittens are limited at all times. We are all thrilled to bring you your next 9 lives of purrs!
Our cats and dog live together with us in our home. As of September 2023, we are a small, closed, and family cattery meaning no visitor is allowed, but kitten parents will be allowed to come to our home to pick up the kitten!
Fun facts:
- We are millennials! We take pride that we are a younger generation of breeders. We sincerely thank you for all the Ragdoll mentors (i.e., Izabela, Nicole, Stephanie, and Zeia) that helped us throughout this journey. We hope to continue serving the Ragdoll community and spreading the love, making this breed known to more people!
- Want to see Momo's picture? He's the one and only dog that we have in the family. We are proud to say that our cats / kittens grow up with Momo together. We try our best to socialize our cats with Hoomans and their doggie friend. Afterall, Ragdolls are known for their personalities. See Momo's pictures below ↓
- Drew is expected to graduate from his PhD program in June 2024!
How did it begin?
Yang and Drew are taking a break starting August 2023. Cecilia is running Caviar Dreams Ragdolls.
Yang's Monologue: When I was in school, I adopted two Ragdoll kittens — Nini and Wawa. They are the most wonderful souls that experienced the ups and downs in my life, from finishing my biology lab reports in the evenings to preparing for finals till 2AM and from looking for an internship to my first full-time job. They were always there!
They moved from Kansas → Atlanta → Napa (CA) → San Bruno (CA) → San Francisco (CA). They witnessed my first and second full-time jobs. They were the first ones (not even my parents) to know what were the things that were happening in my life. Everything was perfect. I had them and they had me.
Everything changed until late 2020. Nini passed away in Oct 2020 and left Wawa alone with me. I was devastated with Drew. After careful thinking (i.e., talking to family, friends, other Ragdoll Breeders) We decided to become a Ragdoll breeder — spreading the love of owning Ragdolls and allowing more families (especially in the Bay area) to have the opportunity to accept one to their family!
